Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. Sometimes the shipping carton can show some wear on its journey to you. If however, any damage has occurred to the product please take a photo of the damage and contact me at Sandra@wildalchemy.online I'll be happy to resolve the issue pronto.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me and let me know at Sandra@wildalchemy.online  You can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Returned goods must be in an unused condition. Once the product has been returned allow 3 business days for your refund to process. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
