  • For Bathing

    Prepare the Bath: Fill your bathtub with warm water to your desired level.

     

    Add the Salts: Sprinkle approximately 1/2 cup of the Rose Quartz Foot and Bath Salts into the water.

     

    Stir the Water: Use your hand to swirl the water, helping the salts dissolve and disperse their beneficial properties.

     

    Relax and Soak: Immerse yourself in the bath for 20-30 minutes, allowing the minerals and essential oils to work their magic on your body and mind.

     

    Rinse Off: After your bath, rinse your skin with fresh water and gently pat dry.

     

    For Foot Soak

    Fill a Basin: Use a basin or foot bath with warm water.

     

    Add the Salts: Add 1/4 cup of the Rose Quartz Foot and Bath Salts.

     

    Stir the Water: Mix the water with your hand to dissolve the salts.

     

    Soak Your Feet: Place your feet in the basin and soak for 15-20 minutes, enjoying the soothing sensation.

     

    After enjoying your soak, follow these simple steps to maximise the benefits for your skin:

    1. Rinse: Use warm water to rinse off any remaining soak solution.
    2. Dry: Gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel to avoid irritation.
    3. Moisturise: Apply a nourishing moisturiser to hydrate and protect your skin.
    4. Socks: Slip on some socks to lock in moisture and enhance absorption.
