Bare Skin

faq.

How Do I Store Your Products?
I recommend storing all our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

What is the Expiration Date of Your Products?
The shelf life of our products is 12 months, but we generally suggest using any skincare products from Wild Alchemy Botanicals within 9 months of opening. This ensures the freshness and quality of our ingredients. Our skincare line uses natural preservatives.

What is your policy on animal testing?
We do not test on animals and do not purchase from suppliers that do.

Who formulates your products?
Our formulations are handmade and produced in small batches, in-house by me to maintain freshness and quality.

Can You Recommend Products for My Skin Concerns?
I would love to help! You can submit an email inquiry to Sandra@wildalchemy.online. Let me know what products you’re currently interested in, your primary skin concerns, and your current skincare routine.

Can You Send Me Samples?
I send free samples with every purchase. Samples include our hydrosols, serums, oil blends and foot and bath salts. In the future, I will be offering 30ml Intro Skincare Kits so stay tuned.

What is your shipping process?

If you place your order on a business day (Monday – Friday) we’ll process it within 48 hours. Orders made over the weekend or on a public holiday, are processed the following business day.

We ship with New Zealand Post Couriers nationally and internationally, all orders are tracked. Tracked courier prices in New Zealand are $8.00, international shipping prices vary depending on product weight.

Am I eligible for free return shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover return postage fees on all return types, and a return request must be made within 14 days of purchase. Return requests submitted after 14 days of purchase, or items that are Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered do not qualify for free return shipping.
