I develop the product formulas and make all the products by hand in small batches in Waikato, Aotearoa, New Zealand. What is your shipping process? If you place an order on a weekday (Monday-Friday), we’ll get it ready to ship within 48 hours. Orders made over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day. We use New Zealand Post Couriers for shipping both within New Zealand and internationally. All orders include tracking. In New Zealand, tracked courier shipping costs are currently $8.50. For international orders, shipping costs depend on the weight of the items and can be high.
