Flat rate shipping of NZ$8.50 on all orders, nationwide.

International Orders
Our international shipping rates are based on NZ Post’s current tracked courier pricing. For a typical 1–2 kg skincare order, shipping usually ranges from NZ$50+ depending on destination. Exact costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: international shipping prices are set by NZ Post and may change from time to time. Any adjustments come directly from the courier service, not from us.

Returns & Cancellations

Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind are accepted at the customer’s expense, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Your Consumer Rights

New Zealand Customers
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 apply in addition to our policy above. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not meet the guarantees of the Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

International Customers
The Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to overseas purchases. However, we’ll always handle returns and refunds in line with our policy and work with you in good faith to resolve any issues.
